FIND YOUR PEOPLE … AND GROW TOGETHER
Your Executive Coach & Facilitator
For nearly 20 years, I was CEO and Board Chair for nonprofits focused on bridging divides, empowering youth, and helping people live their life's purpose.
I had the privilege to scale startups, manage global teams, streamline systems, and deliver programs in the most complex, conflict-ridden areas of the world. But my greatest joy was helping leaders claim their voice, find their confidence, and bring their vision to life.
Today I help social change leaders like you to achieve their boldest dreams – a flourishing career, an effective organization, a joyful life with family and friends, and a more just and inclusive world.
In our monthly meetings, we'll dive deep into leadership, strategy, and resilience, offering the tools and insights needed to solve your toughest problems.
Whether you're grappling with strategic decisions, team dynamics, or financial challenges, this group will help you find clarity and confidence.

My biggest mistake as a CEO was thinking I could go it alone.
Whenever I started a new role, I was excited, on-fire, making bold and powerful decisions and inspiring confidence among my team and stakeholders.
People thought I was amazing.
I believed so strongly in the mission of the organizations I led -- and I thought that was enough.
But over time, things changed. My superhuman status, and universal accolades, began to fade.
The problems became more complicated, competing interests started to emerge, operational and financial decisions were beyond my expertise.
Stupidly, instead of asking for help, I worked harder. I blamed myself for problems, took on even more ... and lost perspective. A couple times I burned out.
The world needs us at our best. And no amount of passion, hard work, or dedication can take the place of real support. We all need a place to regain perspective, let our hair down, and get unbiased input.
Try it out for yourself. See how a confidential peer coaching group can make all the difference.
